These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Free Online Tools (the "Site"), accessible at free-online-tools-sigma.vercel.app. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Free Online Tools provides free, browser-based utilities including a word/character counter, text case converter, JSON formatter and validator, secure password generator, and QR code generator. All tools run client-side in your browser; no account or payment is required to use them.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site to generate content, passwords, or QR codes intended for illegal activity, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Site's underlying code for malicious purposes, or to scrape or republish the Site's content and tools as your own without permission.

3. No Account, No Warranty of Data Persistence

The Site does not require registration and does not store the text, JSON, passwords, or other data you enter into any tool. Because nothing is saved, you are solely responsible for saving or exporting any results (such as generated passwords or QR codes) before closing or refreshing your browser tab.

4. "As Is" Disclaimer

The Site and all tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any specific purpose, including security-critical uses.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Free Online Tools and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its tools — including, without limitation, passwords generated using the Password Generator or content produced with the JSON Formatter, Case Converter, Word Counter, or QR Code Generator. You use all tools at your own risk.

6. Third-Party Advertising

The Site displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and its partners. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or for the practices of advertisers, and clicking on an ad is at your own discretion. 7. Intellectual Property
